The suitcase is lovely - sturdy but also light. The service was amazing - I hadn’t selected next day delivery and it was scheduled to arrive too late, but the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful and the case arrived the next day. Fantastic service!

Your luggage is lovely BUT the instructions to set the password is far too sall and not helpful enough. I was lucky to ave a neighbour who had the same suitcase and showed me what to do. You should also send keys wite the luggage

Ordered two and found them to be excellent, withstood going through the airports baggage control, plenty of room to put everything in and for the first time ever we were underweight at check out, rather than being overweight with our old Samsonite ones. Lightweight and easy to move around, would recommend.

They were well packed with each case having it’s own cover bag, each case stacked inside the other for easy storage when not in use. The locking system seems sturdy too. Sturdy, well-made suitcase, and a great design too with loads of internal pockets for storage. This one was bought for my teenage granddaughter, and she's really happy with the deep turquoise she chose. Price-wise, the discount offered means the price hasn't changed much since this time last year when a similar discount was available, so I'm not sure how genuine the 'discount' actually is. Nevertheless, at this price, I would definitely buy this again.
