You purchased a Horizn product, fantastic choice! Horizn is one of the most innovative brands we have ever come across and we are delighted to offer to our customers.

For all Horizn items purchased after 1st February 2023 you have an extraordinary Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee warranty cover. However, this is not automatic and only eligible for registration within 30 days of purchase with Horizn directly. You can do this here.

Once registered for the Lifetime Warranty the cover is provided exclusively to the registered owner of the product. It doesn't take long to do, all you need is your proof of purchase such as an invoice. If you need us to resend this to you, please email us at customerservice@luggagesuperstore.co.uk and someone will get back to you within 1 working day.

If you do not register for the lifetime warranty cover within 30 days, only the standard 2 year cover will apply. You can read the full Horizn Warranty Guarantee here.

Similarly to most brands, Horizn warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse or any damages such as dents or cracks caused by negligence or accident by a third party. You can view our blog providing more detail on Warranty Claims here
