We are now Offering Free Returns

As one of the leading independent online retailers of luggage, we are always striving to ensure that our customers have the very best experience possible when shopping with Luggage Superstore. We've listened to feedback from our fantastic customers and can announce that from this week, we will be offering FREE RETURNS on all purchases made from Luggage Superstore. Yes, 100% FREE.

We have a new portal that will manage all of our customers returns and what's more is that we have made it as easy as possible for our customers to return items to us for a refund or an exchange of a different colour. 

In line with consumers statutory rights, we offer a 30 day returns window in which you can send your order back for any reason. During the Christmas period, we will extend this to accommodate the purchase and possible subsequent return of Christmas presents.

If you have received an order from us and you want to send it back to us, simply go to the Returns section in the footer of our website (Under Customer Service for mobile users) This will take you to our user friendly Returns Centre where you can start your return. It really could not be easier.

  1. Once on the returns page, simply enter your order number (This will be on all the emails that we have sent)
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will then be asked to choose which items you are returning. You will receive a label per item that you are wanting to return.
  4. Please select a reason as to why you are wanting to return the item. 
  5. Confirm your returns.
  6. You will then receive an email with your labels. Print these off, remove any other labels from the box or boxes, stick the label on and take it to your nearest DPD Dropshop.
  7. We will take care of the rest.
